Champion Restoration & Construction is Hiring a Roofing Sales Representative Near Chantilly, VA
Champion Restoration & Construction is seeking a few professional and motivated sales team members with previous canvassing experience. This position entails door to door sales with the potential of learning and growing within the company. Our company is growing very rapidly and we are looking to continue to expand our team. Our pay structure is based per sale basis. Pay structure will be explained during the interview process.
Responsibilities
As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, inspecting properties, scheduling and meeting with insurance adjusters, and closing sales for exterior restoration projects
- On a routine basis, Roofing Sales Representatives will generate leads by door-knocking, prospecting insurance agents, and gaining referrals from current and previous customers
- High-performing Sales Representatives will be highly personable and must be willing to door knock/prospect a minimum of 25 hours per week
- In addition to prospecting for leads, Sales Representatives must excel in scheduling meetings with insurance adjusters and persuading customers to agree to a work authorization with Storm Guard Roofing and Construction
- Contact and schedule meetings with homeowners to assess customer needs, educate them on roofing services, and provide helpful solutions
- Utilize the company's sales and marketing methods to generate leads and sell services
- Maintain professional relationships with homeowners
- Follow up and respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests
- Request customer feedback through online reviews
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of roofing systems, installation methods, and safety requirements
- Commitment to personal and team goals
- Must be comfortable climbing roofs or willing to learn and able to work evening and weekend hours
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
